Once your order has been placed online, we will send you an email acknowledging the receipt the same. Once your order has shipped, we will send you a second email with the shipping information, expected delivery date and time. Please also check your junk/spam/promotions folders for the invoice.


Please allow 1-2 working days after your order has been placed for processing and packing. Our average lead time is 7-10 working days. Please contact us for urgent shipments so we can strive to deliver your order on time.


You may cancel orders of in-stock items if you contact us before they are dispatched, (within 6 hours of placing the order). Once we have dispatched your package, our return and exchange policies will be applicable. Products purchased from Offer/Sale will not be exchanged or returned.


We only offer exchange of our products, no returns. Our exchange policy is valid up to 5 days, post which we cannot offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Exchange is only possible if the product is received in a damaged condition and defects are visible. It must also be in the original packaging, i.e., the box/shipper that in comes in along with the packing slip that has the tracking code and other details printed on it.

If your purchase meets our return criteria, please contact our team within 48 hours of delivery with the following information:

    Order Number
    Delivery Address
    Reason for return in case of defective or incorrect product.
    Unboxing video & photos.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Only regular priced items may be exchanged; items on sale cannot be exchanged.

Exchange or Return of items from an order will be subject to the relevant delivery charges.
